Agriculture

People are practicing primarily dry land farming, since their income is meager; we felt the need of introducing improved methods of agriculture. The grains of our programmes and involvement are three folded: a) Our relation with the village youth as well as women have strengthened, b) People’s confidence in the village youth as well as in our staff has considerably increased, and c) Our organisation draws a valuable lesson that the needs are more than a piece-meal and sporadic effort, i.e., it needs an integrated approach in agriculture.
