Next to fundamental literacy, we gave importance to the school going children in villages and in Chennai city slum. Most of the students in villages found difficult to pass their SSLC and HSC examinations. For such students we have started free coaching classes from 1987 onwards. The classes are being conducted in the morning and evening, there are two batches in a year. So far more than 3000 students were studied and most of them have passed in the Government public examinations.

INN involved in different activities and began its educational and training programs initially for ten small villages, and at one stage its activities were spread in over three hundred and sixty villages.
