INN has developed a Cultural Team by 1993, consisting of 12 members. They were provided with necessary musical instruments. This team is in action to provide general awareness, Health, Sanitation, HIV/AIDS, Drug Abuse, Legal and all awareness for the people of Tamil Nadu.

INN involved in different activities and began its educational and training programs initially for ten small villages, and at one stage its activities were spread in over three hundred and sixty villages.
