AIDS/COVID 19 AWARENESS PROJECT IRUDAYAMPATTU – VILLUPURAM DISTRICT
HIV/AIDS awareness/prevention centre was started Irudayampattu village of Villupuram District during 1995, with the financial assistance of Tamil Nadu State AIDS Control Society. COVID 19 Awareness ess., treatment, medical camp was started by February 2020 with the support of wel-wishers and volunteers. We have adopted all villages of Sankarapuram Taluk (consists of Sankarapuram Block and Rishivandhiyam Block).
Training programmes were conducted to staff of INN , Madhar Sangam members, Lorry and Truck Drivers. Awareness programmes on AIDS control were conducted in all Schools of Sankarapuram Taluk. Street plays and cultural programmes were conducted in all villages of this Taluk.

INN involved in different activities and began its educational and training programs initially for ten small villages, and at one stage its activities were spread in over three hundred and sixty villages.
